These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Nsightz ("Service"), an Analytics-as-a-Service platform for improving the efficiency of data pipelines in school districts through software and automation. By using the Service, you ("Customer," "you," "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• Service: The analytics service provided by Nsightz, including software and associated automation.
• Software: The proprietary technology used to connect, clean, and normalize data from multiple sources.
• Customer: The public school district or school administrator using the Service.
• Data: Any information or data provided by the Customer.

2. Eligibility and Access

The Service is available to school administrators acting on behalf of public school districts. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the school district to these Terms.

3. Service Description

Nsightz provides an automated platform for reviewing data sources, schema, and table structures, and configuring data pipelines. The Service includes:

• Discussion of the desired output with school administrators.
• Automation of data pipelines where feasible.
• Review of data sources for accuracy and completeness.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a user of Nsightz, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete data.
• Safeguarding all login credentials.
